Lemonade Stand for Haiti
So here is the video that got picked up by News Channel 8 WFLA, but first let me share how we even got to this point...

So this is a picture I took with Mr Greg and Mrs Maria and Caleb Shepherd a few weeks before we even thought about the lemonade stand.
They are the reason that I even knew about hungry people in Haiti.
They are the missionaries that hand out the bags of food to the hungry people in Haiti...
Every Christmas, me and the other kids at Awana donate bags full of stuff kids in Haiti like.
And the Shepherds get to hand it out because they moved down there in 2014...
So my Daddy does mission trips down to Cuba.
And one night, I heard him and mommy talking about he would go to Cuba in October.
Then I asked him to drop off this bag to people in Haiti on his way...
It has 9 dollars and 86 cents...

Instead of just sending the bag, we thought about a lemonade stand to raise even more money!
And so me and my friends Zaylie and Johnna did a LOT of planning. In fact, we did it for a month!
And my family decided to do the lemonade stand at the neighborhood garage sale on April 6.
And that's what gets us all caught up to the video at the top of the page...
Well actually Two More Quick Things...
Here I'm just walking you through and showing you our Prep Stuff...
And Here is the Official Taste Test...
Back to the story....
... then mommy put the video on Facebook and it got to the News, which was really COOL

Then it got EVEN BETTER...
Even the Ellen show interviewed me to find out what was going on!!
So the night before we had to do a LOT of preparations to get ready for the BIG DAY...

And FINALLY it arrived!!
We got up extra early and started decorating and getting set up.
Our first donation of the day came in even before we were set up by someone driving by who said they saw me on the news...

Even the really nice FedEx man stopped by...

Here's a funny man that I tried to raise a lot of money with...
When the day finally finished...
it was time to count the money...

It came out to almost $400!!!
And then my Sister surprised me...
She had started a GoFundMe and Raised another $100!!

And then a few more checks came in!!
Even from other states!!
We weren't even expecting it...
But News Channel 8 WFLA did a Follow-up on the Lemonade Stand!!

But the best part came when I was able to present the check to the Shepherds Live and in Person when they came back to Tampa for a few days!!
